According to the local environmental conditions of the project, such as snow load, wind speed, seismic zone, etc., the engineer will customize the tank structure to ensure that the tank structure has sufficient safety in long-term use!
The working principle of the biological spray tower is mainly to use the microorganisms in the biological filter to biodegrade the organic pollutants in the waste gas to purify the waste gas. Specifically, the exhaust gas first enters the pre-washing section of the biological spray tower through the gas collection system, where large particle dust and some water-soluble substances are effectively removed. Then, the waste enters the multi-stage biological filtration bed, where the circulating water is evenly sprayed on the packing layer through the spray device to form a humid environment, which is conducive to the growth and metabolism of microorganisms. When the organic pollutants in the waste pass through the filler layer, they come into contact with microorganisms and undergo biodegradation, converting them into harmless or low-toxic substances.
