Sand filter, also known as quartz sand filter, sand filter, it is through the homogeneous particle size of quartz sand to form a sand bed as a filter carrier for three-dimensional depth filtration filter; it is mainly used as a filter material for sand filtration.

 

Product Features

1, suitable for the treatment of organic content of more than 10mg/L of river water, reservoir water, channel water, lake water, or municipal circulating water and other pipeline water or trench water containing a large amount of suspended dirt, usually used as a primary filter.

2. The filter tank is of metal structure, and the surface adopts automobile baking varnish technology, which will not fade after long-term outdoor use; the anti-corrosion and anti-rust performance is enhanced, and the tank body has a long service life.

3. Double-layer structure is adopted inside the tank. The upper part of the filter plate is sand bed and impurity storage space, and the lower part is clean water circulation space. And the bottom of the tank is provided with a drain outlet to remove the dirt that may be deposited at the bottom of the tank at any time.

4. The effective particle size of quartz sand is 0.4-1.2mm.

5. The maximum pressure can be 10kg/cm2, and larger pressure-bearing tanks can be made according to user requirements.

6. The interface is flange type and snap type, easy to assemble; automatic backwashing function, can realize uninterrupted water supply.
