This machine is composed of grid basket, spiral hoist, spiral press, tooth rake mechanism, tooth cleaning plate, support frame, slag pipe and other components. Due to special work, it has the following characteristics:

1. The grille and the water flow form an angle of 35 °, because of the formation of the baffle, even if the thickness is smaller than the grille gap, many dirt can be separated.

2. The grille equipment has a flushing device and a blocking rake device with self-cleaning function.

3. The cylindrical structure increases the water flow of the grille compared with the traditional grille, reduces the head loss, and reduces the accumulation plane in front of the grille.

4, all parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel, and after pickling passivation treatment, strong anti-corrosion performance, long life.

5, through the grid integration of salvage, transportation, compression treatment, that is to save the area, but also reduce the subsequent treatment of garbage costs.
