QJB series submersible mixer and QJT series submersible push flow machine are developed on the basis of the introduction of German submersible motor sealing technology.

After years of practice and exploration, two series of products, mixing and low-speed push-flow, have been formed.

Because of its innovation in type, structure and test methods, the overall performance of the product has reached the level of similar foreign products.

Structural features

The high-efficiency submersible mixing series products use multi-stage motors with direct-connected structure, low energy consumption and high efficiency; the impeller is formed by precision casting or stamping, with high precision, large thrust, beautiful and smooth appearance, and compact structure.

The low-speed push-flow series products adopt cycloid reducer, equipped with low power, low speed, large impeller diameter and wide service area. The impeller is made of polyurethane material and aluminum alloy casting, high strength, strong corrosion resistance, in addition to the function of stirring, but also has the function of pushing flow and creating water flow.
The motor windings of the submersible mixer are class F insulated and the protection class is IP68.

In the sewage plant in the aeration system with the use of, can make the system energy consumption is greatly reduced, and the amount of oxygen significantly increased, can effectively prevent precipitation. According to the process requirements, direct-coupling submersible mixing can be equipped with a deflector.

Note 1:

Whether the guide cover is equipped or not is determined by the water treatment process. In the mixing and stirring series in the above table, the two numbers marked in the "weight" column respectively indicate the weight without and with the air guide cover. The above specifications and models are conventional products, but are not limited to the above table. New mixers or mixers with special requirements can be designed for customers.

Note 2:

1. The special installation system of the submersible mixer can quickly install and disassemble the mixer without removing the sewage in the pool;

2. The installation system I is only suitable for the pool depth ≤ 3m, the models are QJB0.85/8 and QJB1.5/6, and the angle can be adjusted in the horizontal and vertical directions;

3. Install II and III, the guide rod can rotate around the Z axis along the horizontal direction, and the maximum rotation angle is ± 60 °;

4. When H>5m, a support frame should be added in the middle of the guide rods of the installation system II and III;

5. The support frame and the lower bracket are fixed with the pool wall and the pool bottom by expansion bolts or chemical anchor bolts. It is recommended to set embedded parts;

6. When the customer orders, please provide the pool depth and pool type diagram to determine the size of the guide rod and the number of support frames;

7, the installation system material adopts stainless steel and carbon steel anti-corrosion two options;

8. Multiple mixers can share a set of mobile lifting system.
