Product Introduction

L-SBJ type deepwater aeration mixer is an integrated product of electromechanical technology and biochemical technology. It is specially designed to solve high-concentration organic wastewater and realize high-efficiency oxygenation in the biochemical treatment process. The main engine is designed with a double-speed motor, which has the dual effects of high-speed aeration and low-speed mixing. In addition, the excellent working performance of diving depth of 20m is an irreplaceable product of traditional aeration equipment.

L-SBJ type deep water aeration mixer is mainly used in nitrification/denitrification tank, SBR reaction tank, sludge tank, oxidation pond and places requiring deep water aeration mixing and high oxygen transfer rate.

 

Product Features

1. Deep water: due to the use of deep water motor sealing technology, the aeration tank is arranged in the vertical direction, and the tank depth can reach 20m, which can save the occupied area and reduce air pollution. Due to the water depth, the air stays in the water for a long time and the underwater temperature is balanced, so the oxygen transfer rate is high.

2. Aeration: SBJ product is composed of air supply system and high-speed mixer. The actual oxygenation capacity is completed by the mixing function of air inlet and water. Therefore, as long as the mixing ratio of water and air and the working time are controlled, the best continuous and stable aeration performance required can be achieved. This makes the automatic control system of biochemical treatment process simple and reliable. The experiments show that the visible bubbles are dense and uniform on the water surface of SBJ. The negative pressure formed by the impeller in the high-speed motion state also increases the self-priming function of the machine, thereby improving the dynamic efficiency of the whole machine.

3. Mixing: SBJ product is used as the aeration mixing equipment at the bottom of the tank. It uses an open impeller structure design and has no worries about blockage. After high-speed aeration is completed, it can automatically switch to a low-speed state as the mixing mixing equipment. The flow rate of 3-5 m/s can be maintained at the outlet along the circumference. The formation of circulation under water through the reflection of the tank wall can effectively prevent the settlement of suspended solids.

4. Installation: SJ products rely on self-weight positioning, integrated lifting design without any auxiliary accessories, flexible layout. Rapid hoisting without draining and without interrupting process operation.

In addition to the above four characteristics, it also has the advantages of less investment in civil construction, simple operation, low operation and maintenance costs, and adopts double mechanical seal design and a number of electrical protection functions, making it safer and more reliable to use.
