High density co-tube sedimentation tank

High density inclined tube sedimentation tank is mainly used for all kinds of precipitation and sand removal, is the most widely used in water supply and drainage engineering in the past ten years and become a water treatment device. Product Features

1. The wet circumference is large and the hydraulic radius is small.

2. The laminar flow state is good, and the particle settlement is not disturbed by floc flow.

3. When the length of the inclined tube is 1 meter, the effective load is designed according to 3-5 tons/m2 · hour. V0 is controlled in the range of 2.5-3.0 mm/s, and the water quality is the best.

4. Honeycomb inclined tube is adopted at the water intake. When the length of the tube is 2.0~3.0 m, it can be safely operated and treated in high turbidity with silt content of 50-100kg/m3.

5. The inclined tube sedimentation tank is adopted, and its processing capacity is 3-5 times that of the horizontal flow sedimentation tank, and 2-3 times that of the accelerated clarification tank and the pulse clarification tank.
