Smart Integrated Membrane (MBR Process) Bioreactor
Intelligent integrated membrane bioreactor (MBR) is a new type of biological wastewater treatment technology combining modern membrane separation technology and biotechnology. The membrane module was placed in the reactor and the filtrate was obtained by pumping. The cross-flow required for membrane surface cleaning is generated by air agitation. The aerator is set under the membrane, and the mixed liquid flows upward with the airflow and on the surface of the membrane. Shear forces are generated to reduce membrane fouling.

The membrane module was placed in the reactor and the filtrate was obtained by pumping. The cross-flow required for membrane surface cleaning is generated by air agitation. The aerator is set under the membrane, and the mixed liquid flows upward with the airflow and on the surface of the membrane. Shear forces are generated to reduce membrane fouling.
The activated sludge and macromolecular organic matter in the biochemical reaction tank are effectively intercepted by the membrane separation device instead of the secondary sedimentation tank, thereby greatly improving the concentration of activated sludge (biomass) in the biochemical reaction tank; the membrane separation technology greatly improves The treatment efficiency of the bioreactor.
Compared with the traditional biological treatment technology, it has the advantages of high biochemical efficiency, strong load impact resistance and high yield. It has the advantages of good and stable water quality, small footprint, long sludge discharge cycle and easy to realize automatic control. It is a leading technology in the field of high-concentration organic wastewater treatment and water reuse.
The effluent quality of the process is far better than the national standard for water reuse, and can be directly used for flushing toilets, greening and other purposes.
Product characteristics
It can effectively separate solids and liquids, and separate suspended solids, colloids, microbial cells and water in wastewater;
The water quality is stable, SS is zero, and can be directly used.
The biochemical reaction tank has high sludge concentration, high treatment efficiency and strong impact resistance.
The area is small, 1/4~1/2 of the area of the traditional process;
The process can realize full automatic control, simple and reliable operation, convenient maintenance;
The sludge production is small, which saves the cost of sludge treatment and greatly reduces the operating cost of the sewage treatment system;

The module height is 2.4m, the water depth of the membrane tank is required to be ≥ 3.0m, and the area of a single group can reach 2100 m2/group, which is suitable for large sewage treatment plants.
