In the bio-spray tower, the metabolic activity of microorganisms is the key factor. The microorganisms attached to the filler use the organic pollutants in the exhaust gas as carbon source and energy, and convert them into carbon dioxide, water and other inorganic substances through degradation, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying the exhaust gas. In addition, the water droplets produced by the spray device can also increase the contact area between the exhaust gas and the microorganisms and improve the degradation efficiency.

Biological spray tower has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation and high purification efficiency, so it is widely used in chemical industry, electrical and electronic, copper and zinc smelting, industrial production and other fields of gas absorption and air purification process. The basic technological process of biological spray tower deodorization technology takes biological filtration as an example. As shown in Figure 1, the waste gas enters the biological treatment unit after adjusting the temperature and pH value. The biological spray tower uses the adsorption, absorption, digestion and degradation of the odor by the oxidant in the acid and alkali. The collected waste gas can increase the contact area with the oxidant agent and increase the oxidation decomposition reaction time to decompose the odor through the biological packing in the biological spray tower, complete the odor of the governance process.

The main principle of this technology is to treat malodorous gases containing methyl mercaptan, thioether, etc., using an efficient oxidant in an efficient bio-spray tower. The core of this technology is the adsorption and decomposition of malodorous gases by a strong oxidized water membrane.
