According to the site situation and the requirements of the owner, our company decided to adopt the design idea of Venturi water film dust collector (system structure transformation) wet dust removal reverse spray washing equipment water film drop tower equipment dehydration equipment. Purification of existing flue gas dust equipment, the main ideas are as follows: 1) The internal structure of the existing Venturi water film dust collector is reformed, and the cooling effect is mainly on the premise of partial dust reduction, so as to ensure the stable treatment of the rear purification equipment under the medium meeting the inlet air temperature. 2) The newly-built desulfurization system equipment is mainly used to purify the flue gas dust containing sulfide through dosing. 3) Newly built wet dedusting reverse spray washing equipment water film downpour tower equipment, the gas with dust will enter the wet dedusting reverse spray washing equipment, and most of the viscous dust in the dust gas will be dissolved in water by fully mixing with water, and will settle down in the wet dedusting reverse spray washing equipment for removal, and the waste gas will enter the water film downpour tower equipment again to remove the remaining dust content in the waste gas through full contact with the water film and waste gas, ensure compliance treatment. 4) The cold air circulation system is designed at the end to condense the water from the wet dust removal equipment and the dust contained in the water to ensure the drying of the flue gas and prevent the serious vibration of the rear fan. 5) Upgrade the existing fans, pipelines, control, etc. 6) The purified gas is discharged to the new or existing chimney through the pipeline.
