Biogas double film gas cabinet

The double-membrane gas cabinet forms two spaces through the bottom membrane, the inner membrane and the outer membrane. The inner membrane space is used as the gas storage space to store various gases, and the space between the outer membrane and the inner membrane is used as the pressure regulating space. When the stored gas increases, the inner membrane expands, and the control device removes the pressure regulating air from the outer membrane to free up a certain capacity. When the gas stored in the inner membrane is less, the control device injects air into the pressure regulating chamber to balance the pressure in the cabinet and stabilize the stiffness of the outer membrane. The double-film gas cabinet has simple structure, convenient operation and maintenance, and the film material is made of corrosion-resistant special composite materials. It is composed of high-strength tensile fiber, air-tight anti-corrosion coating and surface coating, and has anti-corrosion, anti-aging, anti-microbial and UV functions. The shape of biogas ground double film gas storage cabinet is usually 3/4 sphere or hemisphere, which is fixed on the base by rail and bolt.
