Efficient shallow air flotation machine

The high-efficiency shallow air flotation device integrates condensation, air flotation, skimming, sedimentation and mud scraping. The whole is cylindrical, compact structure, shallow pool. The main body of the device consists of five parts: pool body, rotating water distribution mechanism, dissolved air release mechanism, frame mechanism, water collection mechanism, etc. The water inlet, water outlet and scum discharge outlet are all concentrated in the central area of the pool body. The water distribution mechanism, water collection mechanism and dissolved air release mechanism are closely connected with the frame and rotate around the center of the pool body. This device provides a complete set of equipment assembly and control system, through the combination of centralized control and decentralized control, so that the equipment to achieve the best operating state. Air flotation is one of the most effective methods for the removal of tiny suspended particles with a specific gravity close to that of water.

Flat-flow volumetric air flotation

The dissolved air tank produces dissolved air water, which is released into the water to be treated under reduced pressure by the releaser. The air dissolved in the water is released from the water to form tiny bubbles of 20-40um. The micro bubbles are combined with the suspended solids in the sewage, so that the proportion of the suspended solids is less than that of the water, and gradually float to the surface to form scum. A scraper system is provided on the water surface to scrape the scum into the sludge pool. The clean water enters the clean water pool from the lower part through the overflow tank.

UASB Anaerobic Reactor

The UASB reactor wastewater is introduced as uniformly as possible into the bottom of the reactor, and the wastewater passes upward through a sludge bed containing granular sludge or flocculent sludge. Anaerobic reactions occur in the process of contact between wastewater and sludge particles. The biogas produced in the anaerobic state (mainly methane and carbon dioxide) causes an internal circulation, which is beneficial for the formation and maintenance of granular sludge. Some of the gas formed in the sludge layer adheres to the sludge particles, and the attached and non-attached gas rises to the top of the reactor. The sludge rising to the surface hits the bottom of the gas emitter of the three-phase reactor, causing degassing of the sludge flocs with attached gas bubbles. After the bubbles are released, the sludge particles will settle to the surface of the sludge bed, and the attached and unattached gases are collected in the plenum of the three-phase separator at the top of the reactor.
